Take 30 days to review the items you purchased; if you discover a product is not what you expected, return it and we’ll refund the purchase price (videos, DVDs, audio tapes, software, forms, reports, and custom orders once opened, are not returnable; downloads are not returnable). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all installations and invoice or packing slip. All returns must be accompanied by a return & exchange form.
