
This exam has 50 questions and is open book. You have a 2-½ hour time limit with a minimum passing score of 70%.
Scope – Tests a candidate’s knowledge of the construction, service, and repair of residential swimming pools. Includes excavation and grading, construction, appurtenances, and installation of all equipment. Does not include direct connections to a sanitary sewer system or to potable water lines, nor the grounding and bonding of metal surfaces, nor the making of any electrical connections.
